octo.taxi is a product by Octily GmbH, a fully remote creative studio headquartered in Berlin. Change in an organization rarely fails in the boardroom - it often dies at a login screen. Octily designs and builds the digital experience layer that brings people along, and octo.taxi is the part of that layer that gets your HR and L&D data from A to B.
Why We Named It octo.taxi
The name is the promise. A taxi moves you from A to B – directly, safely, comfortably, and on your terms. octo.taxi does the same for your HR, L&D, and performance data: it carries it from your HR system to your dashboards, your BI tools, or your own API – securely and EU-hosted – then gets out of the way. You pick the destination; we handle the ride. And like any good taxi, it will just as happily take your data somewhere new the day you decide to move on.
